Kranidi

            A rural town, built in an amphitheatric way on the hill of St. Anna, with traditional houses. It is the capital of the province Ermionida. It has 4.912 residents and it is 76klm from Nafplio.

            Sights :

• There are many convents and chapels from the Byzantine Period; The monastery of St. Anargiron is the oldest one - 11th century, with a library and splendid works of art -, the monastery of St. Anna and the chapel of the Holy Trinity - 13th century, with interesting hagiographies.
